Biography:

Hany Morkos, is a Senior Partner in Sadany & Khalifa Law Firm, Hany graduated from the faculty of law, Cairo University in 1975. Hany is a member at the Egyptian Bar Association since his graduation and he was admitted before the Court of Cassation, Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court. Hany has a huge practical experience exceeds 40 years in different fields of law. Hany represented many local and international companies before the Egyptian courts and the arbitration tribunal and he achieved a  prominent success which helped in growing our firm.

Hany also worked as legal counsel for major local and international companies and he conducted several cases which filed by or against them, whether in Egypt or abroad.

Hany main areas of practice are:

Conducting Civil, Commercial, Labor and administrative lawsuits. Besides, drawing up international and local contracts and providing legal advice in different fields of law for multinational firms regarding its investments in MENA.
