Dr. Haytham Khalifa

Biography:

Dr. Haytham is a partner at Sadany&Khalifa law firm. Haytham got a PhD in law at School of Law, University of Exeter, United Kingdom (9th at UK rankings in 2015).

He is a Lecturer of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. He also is recognised as a reviewer at the International Journal of Law and Information Technology, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Formerly, he worked as Law Lecturer at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom

He has written several books in law, like, lease contract, patent law, copyright law and neighbouring rights treatise, trademarks law explanation.

Haytham main areas of practice are concentrated in providing legal advice in different fields of law, especially, Civil, Commercial, Arbitration and Intellectual property Law.  Moreover, Haytham has a wide experience in drafting different types of bilingual contracts and conducting IP law cases, including, patent, trademarks and copyright.
