Dr. Hanan Safwat

Biography:

she obtained her PhD in commercial law, she is working as a professor in one of the largest Egyptian universities.

Dr. Hanan specializes in all matters related to commercial companies and banks and she represented many international and local companies.

Hanan is mainly engaging in providing legal advice to major construction companies and in the drafting of construction contracts related to their activities, as well as negotiating with various banks regarding letters of guarantee required for those companies to carry out their construction projects as she has extensive experience in this field.

Moreover,  Hanan prepared her PhD in ‘International Letters of Guarantee’, so she has the sufficient experience and expertise in this field.
