Sameh Ragab Nasr

Sameh is a seasoned Corporate Attorney with more than 10 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and multi-stage litigation. He holds an LL.B. from Ain Shams University and is a registered member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Sameh’s legal background combines strong corporate advisory capabilities with hands-on experience in court procedures. He advises on company incorporation, restructuring, mergers, capital increases, corporate resolutions, and compliance before bodies such as the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), Notarization and Real Estate Registration offices, Tax Authority, Social Insurance Authority, and other governmental bodies to ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Sameh’s expertise extends to industrial licensing, immigration procedures, VAT and tax registration, and other mandatory regulatory approvals. Sameh also has strong experience in intellectual property matters and regularly advises on commercial contracts, franchise agreements, licensing, and regulatory matters.

His combined exposure to both corporate and litigation matters enables him to provide well-rounded legal support grounded in practical court experience.
